You must activate your AA Smart TravelGuide software within the 16-day grace period beginning upon installation. If you do not activate the software, you will be prevented from using it after the 16 days.

AA Smart TravelGuide offers this 16-day grace period so that you can activate when it is most convenient, yet be able to use the software immediately.

Please Note: To obtain a license key, the first thing you need to do is to find the serial number of your AA Smart TravelGuide software. This serial number can be found on the rear of the memory card case. Each serial number can only be used in the form below on one occasion, so if you change your handset and need a new license key, please email your new IMEI number and serial number(s) to support.

You will also require your phone's 15-digit IMEI number. To obtain the IMEI, either dial *#06# on the phone, or run AA Smart TravelGuide and from the Map View > Options menu choose "New license key".

You are now ready to activate your AA Smart TravelGuide software. To receive a AA Smart TravelGuide software license key via email please fill out the following information:
